Griffith Institute for Educational Research Acting Director, Professor Peter Grootenboer, and colleagues, A/Professor Christine Edwards-Groves and Professor Karin Rönnerman have published their new book: Middle Leadership in Schools: A Practical Guide for Learning Learning.
Their new book, available through Routledge, focuses on the practices of middle leaders. The authors said,
“This book addresses the current lack of support and professional development for middle leaders in educational settings”.
They draw on empirical research across four countries, to provide a framework for middle leading in contemporary educational settings. This book is a valuable resource for middle leaders, as it is able to inform professional conversations, the development of leadership skills, and extensive practical applications.
