Exams are over – you’ve done the hard work and now it’s time to rest, recover and reset!

Relax on the beach, read a book, catch up on all your favourite shows, spend time with friends and family – everyone will have a different way to rest and recover at the end of the trimester.

As well as time to relax and recover, break weeks are also a great time to reset and build good habits:

  • Healthy sleep – get into a sleep routine to improve your mental and physical health.
  • Eat well – benefits of healthy eating include improved physical health as well as better mood, memory and sleep.
  • Regular exercise – helps prevent and manage health conditions and boosts your energy and concentration.
  • Study and assignment skills – brush up on study skills, digital skills, researching, writing assignments and referencing.

Enjoy your break and remember that the Library study spaces are open and you can contact the library for help.
