You can find resources on healthy eating, kicking unhelpful habits, managing anxiety and scheduling appointments with in-person or online counselling support or with a chaplain.

Sometimes a change of scenery is a great productivity boost. Gold Coast and Nathan campus libraries now have 24/7 access so you can study with us anytime.
