This week you may notice some changes to Library chat.

To continue to provide you with easy access to live chats with our friendly and knowledgeable Library team we are introducing an authentication feature.  This means that after initiating the chat, you will be directed to a new page where you can select whether you are a Griffith Student/Staff or part of our Community.

If you are a student or staff member you will either enter directly into Library chat or prompted to sign in through Griffith Single Sign-On if you have not yet logged into systems. 

If you are logging in as a part of our Community you will need to complete a simple registration form before being redirected to live Library chat.   

These changes will help you get the best support from our Library team.
