24/7 access and how to set it up

Love studying after dark? Great news—there are three 24/7 study spots on campus just for you! Stay as late as you like, knowing you’ll always have a safe and cosy place to hit the books! 

•  Brisbane South (Nathan): N53 Willett Centre Library, Level 1.  
• Gold Coast: G10 Graham Jones Centre Library, Level 2.  
• Brisbane City (South Bank): SO7 Graduate Student Collaboration Zone, Level 1. 

To access these spaces, you’ll need to complete a 24/7 Study Safe building access request.  

Once your building access request is processed, you will receive an email from Gallagher Security with two instructions: 

• Download the Gallagher Mobile Connect app (PDF) from your phone’s app store. 
• Accept the building access invitation by clicking the “Accept Credential” button to link your building access to the mobile app. Further details on how to set up the Gallagher Mobile  Connect app can be found in this helpful step-by-step guide (PDF) 

Additionally, the Campus Support Team is available 24/7 to assist you. You can contact them to arrange an escort to various campus locations, including your car or student accommodation, ensuring your safety throughout the night.
