The online program includes 10 self-paced modules that provide practical guidance and career-planning tools. The key modules, which only take around 30 minutes to complete, include:

Engaging in these modules will help you: 

  • recognise the various influences and factors that shape your research career, 
  • develop strategies and reflective approaches to manage your research trajectory, 
  • understand the key capabilities needed for successful research leadership, 
  • identify strategies, tools, and opportunities to establish yourself as a research leader and 
  • set goals for your career development and measure your progress towards them.
