It’s normal to feel a bit overwhelmed when starting university for the first time, plus navigating unfamiliar websites can get frustrating when you need help and don’t know where to find it.

If you’re overflowing with questions and looking for answers, AskUs is the place to start.

What is AskUs?

AskUs is an online frequently asked questions site about Griffith University. It’s available 24/7, which means you can find the answers you need even if a random question strikes you during a late-night study session!

You can access AskUs from the link in your myGriffith portal or on the Student Connect webpage. There’s also a link located at the bottom of every Griffith webpage and in the Contact Us menu at the top of every Griffith webpage.

Wherever or whenever you need answers, AskUs is just a click away!

How does it work?

Click on the Current student enquiries tile to enter AskUs, then type your question or keywords into the search box. A list of answers will appear—click on one to read more.

A screenshot of an AskUs answer titled ‘How do I borrow library books?‘. Also visible in the screenshot is the section ’Answers others found helpful’ and the buttons ’Ask a question’ and ’My stuff’.

If you’re unable to find an answer to your question in the AskUs search results, you can ask your question directly by clicking on the grey Ask a question button on the right side of the page and completing the online form. Use the My stuff button to read your previously submitted questions and see the status of your current questions.
