Give your research report visibility and longevity – publish it through GRO, Griffith’s institutional repository!
Have you written a research report and want to ensure its visibility and longevity? The Library can help! We offer a publishing and DOI assignation service for eligible reports through the University’s institutional repository, Griffith Research Online (GRO). GRO is a digital archive of publications produced by Griffith-affiliated authors. Unlike a typical website where content is often moved or deleted, GRO is designed for stable, long-term access so you don’t have to worry about your report falling victim to link rot.
Publishing through GRO means that the Library will:
- create a permanent, publicly accessible GRO record for your report which includes the full-text PDF.
- enrich the record with comprehensive metadata, making it findable through search engines like Google and Google Scholar.
- assign a DOI (if requested), which is a link back to your report that won’t break and enables reliable citation tracking.
