Griffith’s Creative Works repository is now open to HDR candidates
Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates can now showcase eligible creative and practice-led research outputs through Creative Works.
Creative Works is Griffith’s dedicated repository for capturing and promoting creative and practice-led research. By sharing your research through Creative Works, you can increase its visibility and help audiences within and beyond the University discover your research.
Each research output receives a permanent online record and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), making it easier to cite and share. Outputs are also captured in Symplectic Elements, and indexed by Google and Trove to ensure they are widely discoverable.
If you are completing your HDR program with one of the following schools or institutes, you will automatically have access to Creative Works:
- Architecture, Industrial Design & Urban Planning
- Creative Arts Research Institute (CARI)
- Griffith Film School
- Queensland College of Art and Design
- Queensland Conservatorium
- School of Humanities, Languages and Social Science
You can submit eligible creative and practice-led outputs produced during your candidature using the submission form in Creative Works. Submissions are verified by the Library before undergoing a school-based review to confirm eligibility.
Please note that creative or practice-related components (artefacts) submitted as part of your thesis are not eligible for Creative Works and will be made available alongside your thesis in Griffith Research Online (GRO).
