Before you can get started, you need to know what you’re starting. Read through the instructions in your course profile to make sure you understand your assignment and its marking criteria.  

Gather your resources 

Check out our range of self help resources for beginning your research and developing your search strategy. And remember to take advantage of the subject specific Library Guides to help you locate relevant databases and resources.  

Get writing 

When it comes to writing your assignment visit the Griffith Library website to find out how to structure the different assignment formats  and use our helpful referencing guides to ensure your bibliography and in-text citations are perfect.  

Seek help 

The most important thing to remember as you get started on your assignments is that you’re not alone. The Library is available to offer you support throughout the process.
