It’s mid-trimester break, so now’s the time to recharge your batteries before diving into the second half of T2. It’s important to find some time to look after yourself, while maintaining a study-life balance: 

  • make plans for rest—set aside time to recharge, and catch up on sleep or study
  • spend quality time with friends or family 
  • do something that makes you smile—watch your favourite movie, go for a swim, join an exercise class, read an amusing book, or get creative with some art or craft.
