It’s Uni Mental Health and Wellbeing Week! From 6 — 10 September, Griffith will be hosting a range of fun activities across the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses and online to promote mental health and wellbeing. 

Activities include: 

  • Moving together with peaceful yoga and meditation, a wellness forest walk or getting an adrenaline rush with HIIT  
  • Connecting with new people at the daily 9 am coffee catchups    
  • Competing in a trivia afternoon with exciting prizes  
  • Getting creative and crafting some kindness cards 
  • Free massage!
