It’s Uni Mental Health and Wellbeing Week! From 6 — 10 September, Griffith will be hosting a range of fun activities across the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses and online to promote mental health and wellbeing.
- Moving together with peaceful yoga and meditation, a wellness forest walk or getting an adrenaline rush with HIIT
- Connecting with new people at the daily 9 am coffee catchups
- Competing in a trivia afternoon with exciting prizes
- Getting creative and crafting some kindness cards
- Free massage!
