Take time out to look after yourself this exam period!
Did you know that looking after your well-being positively influences your ability to perform at your best during exam time?
Part of your exam prep should include taking a break to relax, and what better way to do this than at one of our Relaxation Stations.
Relaxation Stations are set up in each campus library with games and activities that promote mindfulness such as puzzles, colouring-in and origami. Just look for the Relaxation Station banner or ask one of our friendly staff in your campus library for directions.
If these activities aren’t your thing, you could try:
- Going for a walk

- Grab some lunch or coffee with a friend
- Just breathe!
Don’t forget to fuel your body and mind with good food and sleep!
