Norwegian-born Jon Andre Pedersen graduated from Griffith in 2015 with a double degree in International Business and International Relations. Since graduating, Jon has pursued several business avenues – particularly startups and social ventures – in Asia. This has culminated in his role as co-founder and board member of the Hong Kong-based Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI), fostering social innovation and entrepreneurship. FSI assists talented, socially minded people to get their big ideas off the ground and assists to scale existing social business, with a goal to create an ecosystem for social businesses to grow, so their impact can be maximised. 

Jon made the most of his university experience, being accepted into the Griffith Honours College, taking advantage of domestic and international internships, being a member of the Student Guild board and undertaking an overseas exchange in Hong Kong.
