Griffith University will introduce a non-refundable application fee of A$50 for citizens of some countries from 6 January 2024.  

We continue to closely monitor the performance of our global recruitment agent network, with a particular focus on conversion of applications to commencement and to ensure we are collaborating to support student success.  

This means ensuring the quality and completeness of applications submitted to Griffith University, which in turn will enable us to deliver exceptional service and competitive response times to our valued agents and prospective students. 

The application fee of A$50 will be required in order to submit an application for coursework and non-award studies. Payment may be made by credit card (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX) or debit card directly in the application portal. 

This fee applies to the following countries. 

South Asia: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan. 

Africa: Algeria, Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic (the), Congo (the), Cote d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, French Guinea, Gabon, Gambia (the), Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mayotte, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger (the), Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan (the), Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Zambia.
