Congratulations to the Griffith students who were award finalists at the Gold Coast Student Excellence Awards, in particular Griffith Mates member Rudolf Orbacedo, who is the winner of the Excellence in Championing Diversity award.
The Gold Coast Student Excellence Awards recognise outstanding students and the positive contributions they have made within our community. These awards are presented by the Mayor of the City of Gold Coast and Study Gold Coast.
As a Pride in Law Advocacy Officer and LGBTQ+ Ambassador, Rudolf’s achievements reflect a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in both academic and community settings, cultivating an environment where everyone feels valued while enriching our community through diversity and inclusion. We thank Rudolf for such a big contribution in this space at Griffith.
