As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting students from around the world joining us on campus to study for a Griffith University degree, our international scholarship program for 2024-2026 commencements focuses on attracting academically excellent students and supporting them beyond their first year of study.

Academic Excellence Scholarship

All international students commencing in an eligible Griffith degree program, with an entry GPA equivalent to 5.5 on a 7.0 point grading scale, will be offered an Academic Excellence Scholarship in the form of a 25% credit towards their tuition fees.

This scholarship will be available for every year of their degree study on meeting ongoing requirements including maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 5.5. No application is required, as students’ eligibility will be assessed as part of their admission to Griffith. For full details please visit our Scholarships page

Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarship

Applications from high achieving students with a minimum GPA of 6.0 on a 7 point scale are welcomed for the Vice Chancellor’s International Scholarships, with these prestigious scholarships providing a 50% credit towards tuition fees. Full details are available here.

2023 commencements

Students commencing in 2023 will continue to be considered for either an Academic Merit or Academic Excellence Scholarship, with the new offerings applying to international applicants planning to start their Griffith program in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
