Moonie recently joined the Griffith Careers and Employment Service Team as a Career Development Consultant.

Her role has a primary focus on helping international students by providing career advice and guidance for their unique career development needs. She achieves this by delivering a range of dedicated career support services including one-to-one career counselling, seminars, workshops, and events both within and outside of university curriculums.

As a Griffith Alumnus and an international post-graduate student, Moonie has first-hand experience in studying on campus and the importance of being actively connected with career development activities and programs that are on offer from Griffith University. Moonie understands what it is like to move to a new country and can help students get a foot in the door in the Australian local job market. She is very passionate about supporting Griffith students and helping them with lifelong employability skills.

Moonie has worked with various organisations supporting higher education students from various business disciplinary backgrounds to secure their dream work experience, internships and employment opportunities in Australia. She is an experienced career development practitioner providing diverse career intervention strategies from both her independent career practice and professional roles.

Moonie will look forward to working with the broader team across the university to support the ongoing success of the Griffith students from all backgrounds.
