Hayley McNeel recently joined the Griffith team as the new Deputy Director of Griffith International.
In this role, Hayley leads our high-performing international admissions, compliance and finance teams.
Prior to her appointment at Griffith, Hayley led and managed regional engagement and recruitment at several Australian universities, covering the broad remits of South and Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Pacific.
She has also led student mobility and scholarship teams at the University of Newcastle and Queensland University of Technology. Hayley is an experienced international education practitioner, holding Associate Fellow status with the International Education Association of Australia, and has academic qualifications in accounting, international business, and international relations.
As a member of the Griffith International Executive team, Hayley will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to meet the University’s internationalisation objectives. She will support the International Marketing, International Admissions, International Partnerships and the Griffith English Language Institute teams.
