Griffith’s Master of International Tourism and Hospitality Management program will offer graduates a direct route to Chartered Manager accreditation, becoming Australia’s first tourism-related business program to do so.

Candidates enrolled in the course will be fast-tracked to Chartered status, able to obtain chartership within weeks of graduation.

This extends an established industry pathway partnership with the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (IML ANZ) which already provides Griffith’s Master of Business and Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidates with industry-enriched professional opportunities.

Chartered Manager designation is recognised globally as the highest professional status accrediting management and leadership.

The partnership offers Griffith’s Masters candidates a competitive edge in the employment market, global recognition for their professional competence, and a management and leadership accreditation to support their tourism and hospitality skills.

They will also receive access to the Institute’s suite of professional development services, including Affiliate Membership with the peak body, one-on-one mentoring, a professional resource database, and access to the largest network of managers and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
